All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your cart, sizing selections, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
While we do not accept regular returns, we want to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered in perfect condition.If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wearesofeeble@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the problem
A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
If approved, we will gladly ship out a replacement item at no additional cost to you as long as stock is available.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number, or reach out to us so we can assist with the carrier claim. -
